.... Thirteen Books I Already Own That I'd Really Like to Find Time to Read....
(You had to know I couldn't resist making a book list for very long.)
(You had to know I couldn't resist making a book list for very long.)
- The History of Love by Nicole Krauss so Shawna doesn't disown me. I've started this one.
- Sufficient Grace by Darnell Arnoult, also started.
- Twilight by Stephenie Meyer
- A Fistful of Charms by Kim Harrison, which would catch me up completely on the series.
- The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield
- Gods in Alabama by Joshilyn Jackson
- Something by Marian Keyes (I have two, or maybe it's three, in the TBR)
- The Pact by Jodi Picoult who I keep seeing everywhere
- Heat Stroke by Rachel Caine, book two of the Weather Warden series.
- The next Anita Blake book by Laurell K. Hamilton, but first I have to figure out which one that is. I've been told this book is the turning point between the old Anita and the new.
- 1-2-3 Magic: Effective Discipline for Children 2-12 by Thomas W. Phelan
- Death at the Rose Paperworks by M.J. Zellnik
- Pug Hill by Alison Pace, cause how can you resist a pug???
You can find more Thursday Thirteens here.
What a terrific idea for a Thursday Thirteen! I have soooo many books I couldn't resist picking up and they're stacking up, making me feel guilty. (I'm reading Under the Duvet by Marian Keyes right now.) My Thursday Thirteen is http://onegalsmusings.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteGreat list! I am so out of the book loop... I remember when I had the time to browse Barnes and Noble... now I have kids:O) Happy Thirteen!
ReplyDeleteI'm so behind on the Kim Harrison books. Haven't started the Weather Wardens but I do plan to soon.
ReplyDeleteI feel you on the stack of books TBR. I just can't seem to get to them. Was hoping for a snow day buit mother nature is cruel:( Oh well soon.
ReplyDeleteThat discipline one for 2-12 yr old sound interesting.
Gal, Under the Duvet is one of the ones I have! Also, Rachel's Holiday and ummm... another I can't remember.
ReplyDeleteShiloh, I like the Harrison's better at this point, but have read more. I thought the first of those was the weakest by far, so hopefully the same will be true of the Weather Wardens.
I've only read The Thirteenth Tale. It was very well-written, but it was hard to like the characters in this novel. I rated it 4 out of 5.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by!
Great list. I did Books in my TBR last week. I'm behind on the Laurel K's and Kim Harrisons too.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my TT!
Well #11 is on my list for sure. I don't know the others, but I'll have to check them out. Not that I HAVE time to read anymore:) I've had my current book for 6 weeks and 2 days and still can't get through it. Great List and thanks for the book suggestions.
