I have a confession to make. I've got a piece on the side. I'm cheating on my hexagons. There. I said it. But look!! Isn't it adorable!!
I'm a few stitches short of being done with January, and of course we are well into February, but it's so dang cute.
That said, I did manage to do my weekly 30 hexies and am just meeting my minimum goal to be done basting by 2014.
This brings my total count to 1524 hexies done with 1406 to go. (I am conveniently ignoring any half hexies needs to even out the edges.)

Your embroidery piece really is cute! There's another thing I used to do a lot of and completely abandoned for no reason. Hmm, wonder if I could do that while listening to audio?
