A celebratory giveaway!!

Two weeks ago I debuted my new look. I fully intended to celebrate with a giveaway, but haven't been able to get it in order until today. So. What am I giving away? On this blog, I have two books to give away:

The Polysyllabic Spree by Nick Hornby (my review)

and Plum Lucky by Janet Evanovich (review to come)

How do you win these?
There will be two winners.

1) Leave a comment on this post for 1 entry. Please note which you would prefer as the first name I draw gets their first choice.
2) Post about it on your blog for 3 more.
3) Subscribe to my feed for 3 more. (Honor system here, leave a comment if you are a subscriber or are subscribing now!)
4) Visit Sew What Bags and leave a comment on that contest for one more entry on this contest.

What contest am I talking about? I'm giving away this bag:

So be sure to stop by Sew What Bags after leaving your comment here!

Both contests close on July 27. Winners will be announced on Monday. U.S. and Canada addresses only.

  1. Hey, it looks good here!

I'm dropping in to let you know that I posted about this at my Win a Book blog -- but there's no need to enter me. I'm just trying to connect good books with book lovers.

  2. Hi! Another contest! Wow... it's contest crazy out and about there!

If my name is picked, I'd say the Plum Lucky one. And I've been a subscriber forever! (Well, since I figured out Reader which has been awhile now.)

I'll let you know if I get a post done about this contest.

  5. Hi Lisa,

Thanks for dropping by to let me know you're reading my blog! I'm trying to figure out how to add you to Google reader. I only have one blog for which I receive updates that way (and I don't remember how I did that . . . huh). In the meantime, I'll add you to my links by the end of the day.

You make so many cute things! I love that comment in the last post, "Stunt baby not included." Thanks for the chuckle!

  22. I always seem to be running late these days. I am so grateful for GoogleReader at times like this (which is what I use to follow your blog). Anyhow, I would love to enter your contest! If I win, I'd like a copy of Plum Lucky. I have Hornby's book already (still unread, but what else is knew when it comes to the books on my shelves?). A know it's already so late in the game, but I will be posting about the drawing for both this and the bag on my blog today. I'm composing the post now as a matter of fact.

I'm popping over to visit your other blog, and you're on my Reader!
