There was a little baseball practice. How's this for outfield?
Some fishing.
A little gathering at one of the cabins- by the way, if you ever stay at Custer State Park, these cabins are a great deal.
There was a good bit of telling the Bug to stay away from dangerous things.
There was a fun session of monster face making.
And one really nice shot of a couple of cute little boys. I think this one might go on my desk.
How was your weekend? Did you get three days off? Go camping? BBQ? Swimming? Have watermelon yet? Are you suffering the Morning-After Blues as we are?

This looks like so much fun! WE stayed local, planted some herbs and peppers on our patio, and cooked out with friends. We are making camping plans for later in the summer, though I suspect the heat will make me want to flee.
ReplyDeleteEveryone looks like they are having such a good time! We did house repairs and gardening instead. The backdrop to the baseball game is beautiful as are your little boy's faces! Camping is magical.
ReplyDeleteSounds like fun and the area looks so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteFrom daughter's to home. It was cold and rainy for most of the weekend. Very dark and rainy today.
That looks like great fun! And you can still get The Bug and The Pirate in your lap at the same time!
ReplyDeleteNo fair. The kids are covering up the baby bump in that one pic.
ReplyDeleteThat camp site looks super nice.
I had a lovely 5 day weekend if you take out the urgent care stuff and lupus flares. LOL. I think I am okay but man, I am tired of being unwell.
I love the last picture of the boys! It sounds like you had a great time.
ReplyDeleteI love camping - looks like a lovely weekend!
ReplyDeleteEven though I don't want your cold winters I am jealous that it's cool enough for you guys to camp during the summer. It's already too damn hot for us. Boy is Bug getting big!!
