Some contenders:
- Another cinematic theme song, Indiana Jones, perhaps?
- Push it! by the Glee Cast (I'd so the Salt-n-Pepa version, but it's not a ringtone) This always makes me laugh, cause my favorite commercial of all time is this one.
- The theme to Golden Girls. What? For my friends!
- The song from the Heineken commercial. Just cause I like it.
What is your ringtone? Is it just a ring? (Which is what I have now, but I miss pretty much every call.) I don't get a ton of phone calls, and don't want one for every person. Just one that isn't Mike.

Don't you just LOVE the iPhone?
ReplyDeleteI'd go with the theme from Jaws. Summery and fun. LOL.
ReplyDeleteMy ringtone is just a classic phone ring. It's loud and no one ever uses it so I usually know it's me.
I had the Harry Potter theme for ages because SOMEHOW I could hear that one in a crowd. Weird, I know!
ReplyDeleteThere's an iPhone app called RingtoneMaker (both free and paid versions) that lets you make ringtones out of songs in your iTunes library (as long as the songs are DRM-free, anyway).
ReplyDeleteMy main ringtone is the theme from Mad Men, my husband's is the theme from Doctor Who, my sister's is "Goody Two Shoes" by Adam Ant and my son's is "Rocky Top" (he went to college at Tennessee). I have WAY too much fun with ringtones :-).
I used to have different ringtones for everyone in my family, which I had paid for. But I just can't make myself do it since I got my new phone. So I have crappy ring tones--which I don't hear either!
ReplyDeleteI just use the ones that are on the iPhone, but I do assign different ones to my husband and daughter to distinguish them from anyone else who may call me. :)
ReplyDeleteJust let us know what you decide, okay?
ReplyDeleteMy old phone had a realistic sounding frog "ribbitting". I loved it, because no one else had it. (Unfortunately, it wasn't available for my new phone.) Now, it's the "The Shadow of Your Smile" which actually doesn't sound anything like it at all.
